What is a Structural Elevation Survey?
An essential part of a home inspection.
So why don’t all inspector do this?
We feel no inspection is complete without it.
We include this service with every home inspection. A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive observation of the house. Many times the only visible part of the foundation is a few inches above the ground around the house. Many homes have either insulated basement wall or a finished basement that prevent the foundation from being inspected. We have discovered a way to help inspect the foundation even though the foundation is not visible.
With our Digital Leveling Device we can help determine if there are any indications of a structural concern. This is the same device that a structural engineer would use to help determine any structural issues. Unlike a lazar level, our device works around corners to determine the levelness of the foundation.
This is one of many ways Homefront Inspection goes beyond what you would expect from a home inspection.
Did I mention that this service is included with their home inspection? (Main level only. Additional levels can be done for an additional fee.)
We feel no inspection is complete without it.
