your can get for your money. Our reports come in an easy to understand format
including pictures of some of the defects and complimentary views of various
surroundings or rooms. This report give other information that other
Inspection companies leave out. You get a computer generated report at the
time of the inspection. Or if you wish, we can email the report to you. The
report comes with a summary page to make it easy for you to get to the heart
of the problems. The full report can also be posted on the web for easy
viewing for yourself and Real estate agent. This is a real plus. No more
papers to copy or leaf through.
Please note: We only give a report to the
home buyer. We do not automatically give a copy to any other party. The report
is confidential, so use discretion to whom you let access to it. As the
recipient of the report, you, the buyer, may distribute the report and give the
web site address to whom you feel necessary. You should never let the realtor
arrange the inspection for you. It's your future home and you need full
disclosure. Some realtors and inspectors have altered the report to hide
something that may hinder your decision to buy that home.

needs to be fixed? This can delay the sale of your house. The buyer may chooses to
renegotiate their offer. This can cost the seller time and money and sometimes the sale of
your house.

It's just makes sense to get a sellers inspection.

price reduced then hire the lowest bidder.
- Fix the major defects or adjust the selling price accordingly.

- Buyer knows the condition of the house.
- Less likely to renegotiate.

If you plan to build a new home you may
think that because it is new there will not be any problems with it. Nothing could be
farther from the truth. Just ask someone who had a house built. Or you may ask,
Doesn't the city inspector inspect everything? The answer is, they can't check everything
in the 15 to 30 minutes they are allowed at each site. They are over worked and under
paid. Our average inspection takes about 2 hours. We will inspect your new home as it is
being built. We perform a "Quality of Workmanship" inspection. Find out
more on why you should have your new home inspected by clicking on the link above. |

Radon
Radon testing is an additional service
Radon is a natural occurring
radioactive gas that is prevalent throughout the Colorado front range. It's the second
leading cause of lung cancer. Radon gas is odorless, tasteless and invisible. Radon enters
the home through cracks and holes in the foundation and floor of the basement or
crawlspace.
Removal of radon can be a costly process.
We use electronic Radon detectors to sample the air. This test
takes a minimum of 48 hours to get your reading. Other companies use canister types radon
detectors which sample the air for 48 to 96 hours and then need to sent of to the lab for
analysis. Lab results will be faxed or mailed. This whole process can take 1 to 2 weeks or
more.
